	Support the Grounds Improvement Project (GIP) *Buy a Brick!* Dakota Athletic Boosters are selling bricks to raise funds for updating our athletic facilities - our Grounds Improvement Project (GIP). Bricks will be installed in our new athletic field pathways. These commemorative bricks are available in several sizes - 4X8 bricks for $100, 8X8 bricks for $250, and 12X12 bricks for $2500. When you select the size, you also decide on the inscription. These bricks would be the perfect way to memorialize a loved one, honor a friend, remember an athlete, or say "Happy Birthday". 	Click here for the Dakota Opportunities in Education Foundation Emergency Closings Emergency closing information will be announced over local radio stations WFPS 92.1 FM, WEKZ 12.60 AM and 93.7 FM, and WZOK 97 FM and over local TV stations 23 WIFR, 13 WREX, and 17 WTVO. If school is dismissed during the school day, this closing information will be found here on our website. There are no current closings Wanda Herrmann, Supt. Our Fitness Center Dakota School District has a Circuit Training Fitness Center with 36 stations that is open to the public. The Fitness Center also has stationary bikes, treadmills, and an elliptical trainer. Cost is $1.00 per session. Getting in shape can be fun! Call 815-449-2832 for more information.
